[General Changes]
- water dungeon quest set to Lv. 60, also the guide quest from the newbie tutorial
- leo's jewels set is now needed for dexter's jewels set
- added black dragon bloody crystal with a chance of 1 % to elga reward chest
- decreased atk of dexter by 25 %

- fixed mission ui crash in halloween file (german)

- Rolling Ground - increased range
- Warrior's Bonds - removed DEF and added CDMG
(Magician:)
- MP Potion Maximation - added Int %+
- Magic Enhancement - added magic AMP instead of flat matk
(Invoker:)
- Staff Mastery - added more magic AMP
(Sorcerer:)
- Staff Mastery - added more magic AMP
- Energy Condensation - added some CDMG
(Destroyer:)
- Sniping - increased shots from 6 to 12 (Lv. 5)
- Gatling Rush - increased range to 200 and increased dmg
- H. E. Grenade - increased dmg
- Focus - removed crit rate and added more CDMG
