[Changes]
- devil soul stones are tradeable now
- reworked ninja balloon and added movement speed and crit dmg instead of evade and aim rate
[New Functions]
- added exp lock system on exp bar
- added open-world-pvp over hp bar (not working in citys, only everywhere else.) - activable/deactivable by a simply click
- added hide weapon-effect function to options ui
- added inventory slots amount display over bonus stats button
