[Adds:]
- added new dungeon to windia content (City hall Sewers)
- added hero valkyrie and weapon to npc don morgan
- reworked buffes from valkyrie, added stronger buff to hero valkyrie set
- added vice-versa exchanges for new farrell items
- added reroll for hero valkyrie weapons
- reworked full farrell dungeon, no keys needed for enter farrell's bossroom but you've to kill all monsters
- the new buff of the set will be activated with full set + weapon equipped
- reworked icons of jewels valkyrie

- reworked stats of donator god achievement
- changed level of vip set to lv. 90 for using better socket cards
